By registering for JT Hockey Skills sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration Process
Registration is not confirmed until all of the following steps are completed:

Approval of registration by JT Hockey

Payment of the required $50 deposit upon approval

Full payment according to the instructions provided
2. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Withdrawals are eligible for a refund (minus an administrative fee) if requested 7 or more days before the program start date

No refunds for missed sessions

In exceptional circumstances, a credit may be issued at the discretion of JT Hockey
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in JT Hockey programs is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
JT Hockey, its owners, contractors, and coaches are not responsible for any injuries, property loss, or other damages during training sessions or program hours.
4. Participant & Parent Responsibility
Participants and their families assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during JT Hockey activities.
By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless JT Hockey, its owners, contractors, and coaches from any claims or liabilities.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to follow JT Hockey’s rules of conduct, effort, and attitude.
JT Hockey reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant for failing to meet these expectations, without refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
JT Hockey reserves the right to cancel any registration and issue a pro-rated refund if necessary.
7. Program Changes
Session schedules, locations, and groupings may be adjusted as needed to ensure the best training experience.
8. Privacy
Participant data will be securely stored and used for program administration and future communications.
JT Hockey does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
9. Photo & Video Release
During JT Hockey sessions, video and photography may be used for training and promotional purposes.
The primary use of video is instructional — to support player development through live error correction and on-ice feedback.
We may also use short video clips or photos for social media or the JT Hockey website to highlight our programming and share what players are working on.
By registering, you consent to the use of your child’s image or likeness in these materials. If you have concerns or wish to opt out of public sharing, please contact us directly.
10. Medical Authorization
By registering, you authorize JT Hockey staff to provide or seek basic medical assistance for your child in the event of injury or illness during program activities. JT Hockey will make every effort to contact a parent or guardian before proceeding with any treatment beyond first aid.
11. Program Availability
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement in a specific session. JT Hockey reserves the right to accept or decline registrations based on availability, age group balance, or participant suitability.
12. Unforeseen Disruptions
JT Hockey is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., facility closures, weather conditions). Where possible, sessions will be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued for such disruptions.
13. Communication Consent
By registering, you agree to receive email and/or text communications related to JT Hockey programming, updates, and registration opportunities. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
